Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  Since each of our products are created on demand and printed only after you place your order, returns are only available for misprinted, damaged, and/or defective items. 

If you receive your order and it is misprinted, damaged, and/or defective, please contact us at support@oldmanapparel.com describing the issue along with a picture or pictures showing the problem, as well as letting us know if you would like a refund or a replacement to be sent to you. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.  Claims deemed an error on our part will get replacements sent out our expense.
